Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Our store offers products fulfilled through print-on-demand services and third-party dropshipping suppliers (DSers). Because items are made or shipped specifically for each order, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand items are custom-made and non-returnable except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The incorrect item was received

If eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of issue (clear photos) is required

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion

3. Dropshipped Products (DSers)

Dropshipped items are eligible for a return only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The incorrect item was received

Return conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Photo or video evidence is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing or color preference

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

4. Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a replacement is available, it may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Supplier production timelines

  • Peak seasons or holidays

Orders that are still in transit are not considered lost until 30 days after shipment.

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If an order has not arrived after 30 days from shipment:

  • We will investigate with the supplier

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and non-returnable. These will be clearly identified on the product page.
